About Us
Highland PTO focuses on Three Primary Goals:
-
Support and fund the Storyline teaching method by providing Storyline education, coordination and resources to our teachers.
-
Provide additional resources and support for our teachers and staff. These include the artists in residence program, science education, technical tools/support and field trips for all grade levels.
-
Strengthen our Community
Highland families and teachers/staff are automatically a part of the PTO, no membership is required! Please come to our monthly PTO general meetings, volunteer at events, and be a part of the large group of supportive Highland parents.
How do I get involved?
-
Attend our General PTO meetings to stay informed and provide feedback. Meetings will be posted on the PTO calendar, and announced via email and on our Facebook page.
-
Visit this website for updates.
-
Support our Giving Campaign - this is key to our success! The school district does not fund the storyline teaching method. The Storyline teaching method is 100% funded by your contributions to the PTO.
No amount of time or energy is too little - we welcome all parents to become involved in any way they can.
